Troy Cornick

Over his 15 years with Petuna, Troy has overseen the processing of many different species. He prides himself on streamlining processes and driving efficiencies. Troy has been involved in designing and implementing improvements throughout the factory, including the first major factory upgrade in 2010.

In 2013 Troy visited Europe, learning ways to enhance production, touring 17 factories processing salmon. More recently he has been a driving force in implementing LEAN principles throughout the production process.
