Petuna’s Blue-Eye Trevalla (Hyperoglyphe Antarctica) is wild caught along the South East coast of Australia from Mooloolaba to Kangaroo Island. Blue Eye Trevalla has a white flesh which is firm, moist and delicately flavoured.
Blue Eye Travella is available as whole gutted fish and fillets ranging in size from 2kg – 9kg.
Our Pink Ling (Genypterus blacodes) is caught in the wild, unsullied waters of the Great Southern Ocean. Pink Ling is white in flesh with a firm texture that is mild and delicate in flavour. It is suitable for most cooking methods as the fillet maintains its shape. The Pink Ling fillet is long and slender, with the taper pronounced.
Pink Ling is available as whole gutted fish or as trimmed fillets. The size of our Pink Ling varies between 1–4.5kg.
Our Blue Grenadier (Macruronus novaezeladiae) is wild caught along Bass Strait and western coast of Tasmania. The delicate, white, moist flesh is suitable for most methods of cooking, as the fillet flakes very easily and is truly succulent. The fillet is of long shape and slender,tapering slightly.
Blue Grenadier is available as fresh fillets, frozen fillets and fish fillet blocks.
Our Blue Grenadier catch varies in size from 1–3.5kg.
