Salmon portions in baking paper parcels

Ingredients

2 fresh Petuna skin off portion salmon
2 inch ginger peeled and grated fine
2 cloves garlic peeled and grated fine
1 shallot finely diced
½ tsp crushed dried chilli flakes
½ cup of fresh coriander (cilantro) chopped
1 tbsp of veg oil
1 tbsp of sesame seeds
dash of fish sauce
dash of soy sauce
1 tbsp of honey

Methods

Preheat oven 200°C. Place salmon on parcel size pieces of baking paper. Stir ingredients together in a bowl, pour over salmon and wrap into sealed parcels. Cook in oven for 10-12 mins.

 

To Serve

Remove fish from oven and enjoy.
