Petuna Ocean Trout to delight taste buds at G’Day USA


Petuna are honoured to be featured on the menu for the G’Day USA San Francisco Galla Day on January 20th, 2018. This annual event showcases a unique taste of Australia and is hosted by the San Francisco Australian American Chamber of Commerce in partnership with G’Day USA.


Attending this event will be a selection of San Francisco’s leading business & tech executives where they can indulge in the finest food, wine & entertainment that Australia has to offer.


Australia’s own highly regarded chef Jason Gould will be showcasing some of Australia’s top produce and preparing Olive Oil Poached Petuna Ocean Trout with Lemon Myrtle for the event.
