Petuna Ocean Trout on the menu at Bondi Icebergs


Petuna Ocean Trout now features on the dining menu at the iconic Iceberg Dining Room and bar in Bondi Beach. Experience one of Sydney’s best views with a dish of Petuna Ocean Trout, octopus, anchovy, nasturtium, ink cracker & bagna cauda.

As part of the Good Good Month “Bar Hop” special this October, Icebergs Dining Room and Bar will be matching a Tanqueray gin-inspired cocktail – No. Tanqueray, Regal Rogue and orange bitters to one of its most popular bar snacks; the Petuna Ocean Trout crudo with lemon and roe crisp.

The restaurant is also starting a Sunday brunch service from October 26th from 10 am to midday and will be offering hot smoked Petuna Ocean Trout with beets, roe and crème fraiche as one of the main plate options.
