Petuna recently participated in Wine Tasmania’s annual ‘Tasmania Unbottled’ road show in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
A show with a representation of over 175 wines, 13 ciders, Petuna seafood, cheese and tourism offerings to the trade and public.
Targeting customers interested in the wonderful food and wine from pristine Tasmanian, it was a must for the Petuna to be involved and share our delicious Ocean Trout and Atlantic Salmon.
In Sydney and Melbourne, for those lucky enough, they were treated to a delicious Petuna Masterclass. We worked with top chefs and leading winemakers, who matched sashimi of Petuna Ocean Trout and lightly poached Atlantic Salmon to 5 different Tasmanian wines.

In the lead up to the event, Pure South Restaurant hosted a special evening which comprised of a degustation menu featuring Tasmanian produce and wines. Our Petuna Ocean Trout was featured and the standout dish on the evening, presented as ‘Petuna Ocean Trout tartare, with Cambodian curry & cauliflower’.
