On the 24th May Petuna Ocean Trout had Dan Hong of Mr Wong, Ms G’s and El Loco fame on hand to dish up his own modern spin on this much loved fish….and he did not disappoint.

Dan’s Ceviche of Petuna Ocean Trout was a standout amongst some world class dishes and a great way for Dan and Petuna Ocean Trout to display our versatility to 700 foodies, media and fellow producers.
